Returns & Refund Policy
General Returns & Refunds
After 30 days from the date of purchase, and once the timepiece has reached Phase 2 of production (the assembly and certification stage), returns are not permitted.
Exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from authorized Vantari resellers and must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in unworn, original condition with all accompanying packaging, certificates, and accessories.
If a refund is approved, funds will be credited via the original payment method (less any shipping or handling fees, unless otherwise stated).
Made-to-Order & Limited Edition Timepieces
For timepieces built to your personal specification — including custom dials, engravings, bespoke straps, or special finishes — these are classified as made-to-order.
Limited edition timepieces, due to their exclusivity and scarcity, are also treated as made-to-order and are therefore non-refundable once production or allocation has begun.
Once your timepiece has entered Phase 2 of our production process within our factory (for example, during movement assembly, case finishing, or dial installation), refunds are strictly unavailable.
Prior to entering Phase 2, you may request a cancellation or modification within 15 days of placing your order.
Due to the bespoke and limited nature of these timepieces, all such orders are considered final sale once production or allocation is confirmed.
Exchanges after Delivery
If your made-to-order timepiece is delivered and you wish to exchange it (for a different model, strap, size or finish) we will evaluate the request on a case-by-case basis.
Exchange eligibility: The timepiece must be returned in unused condition, with all original accessories, warranty cards, packaging and must not show any signs of wear or alteration.
Shipping, handling and any difference in cost between the original and replacement item will be handled according to our published schedule (you may pay the difference, or we may credit a voucher, depending on the case).
Exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes. All made-to-order and reservation-based timepieces are considered final sale. These creations are individually allocated and crafted exclusively for each client.
When will I receive my order?
All collections are scheduled for release in November 2026. You will receive email updates throughout the creation process, including notifications when your white-glove delivery has been arranged and a confirmation once your timepiece is on its way.
Can I modify my order after placing a reservation?
Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our timepieces, modifications cannot be made once a reservation deposit has been received.
