Vantari Watches ships worldwide under DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid) terms.

This means:

Import taxes, VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, and other applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Bespoke Orders and Final Sale Policy

All Vantari Watches and High Jewelry pieces are bespoke and custom-made to order. Each creation is handcrafted with precision and exceptional attention to detail, reflecting the individual nature of our craftsmanship. As such, all sales are final. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

Authenticity and Ethical Sourcing

All diamonds and gemstones used in Vantari Watches are ethically sourced, conflict-free, and independently authenticated. We are committed to upholding the highest standards in sourcing and quality assurance, ensuring that every piece we produce is both luxurious and responsibly made.

Risk of Loss

The risk and title of purchased items transfer to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Vantari Watches is not liable for any loss, delay, or damage caused by international shipping processes or customs inspections.

Warranty and Repairs

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we may offer complimentary repair or servicing at our discretion within a specified timeframe. These may include, but are not limited to, customs clearance procedures, courier disruptions, natural disasters, global supply chain issues, labor strikes, pandemics, political unrest, or other force majeure events.

In such cases, customers will be notified of any significant delays, and we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve or minimize the impact on your delivery. However, delayed delivery due to such events does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund under our final sale policy.
