At Vantari Watches, we are committed to exceptional craftsmanship and quality. Each timepiece and high jewelry piece is handcrafted using the finest materials and techniques, and we take great pride in the longevity and performance of our creations. To reflect this commitment, we offer a limited warranty that protects your investment and provides peace of mind.
All Vantari Watches are covered by a two-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It covers the internal movement and mechanisms of the watch, as well as manufacturing faults in the case, dial, and bracelet. In the case of jewelry, it includes gemstone setting defects that are not the result of accidental damage or misuse.
Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, impact, improper use, or negligence. It also excludes water damage (if the piece is not water-resistant), general wear and tear such as scratches or discoloration, or any alterations or repairs performed by an unauthorized service provider. Loss or theft is not covered under this warranty.

If you experience an issue you believe is covered under warranty, please contact our customer service team at service@vantariwatches.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the problem. Once reviewed and approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item to our authorized service center.
We also offer expert servicing, gemstone resetting, polishing, and restoration services outside of warranty coverage for an additional fee. All repairs are performed with the same level of care and attention to detail as when the piece was originally created.
We ask that you retain your original proof of purchase, as it is required for any warranty claim. This warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser of the item.
