Reservation Deposits

  • The reservation deposit is non-refundable and will be fully credited towards your final purchase.
  • As each timepiece is individually allocated and reserved, reservation deposits are final and secure one of only 41 pieces worldwide.
  • Made-to-order timepieces are non-refundable.

Product Returns

  • Refundable items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging, with all documentation and accessories.
  • Returns will be inspected before a refund is issued. Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the client.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

How do I reserve a timepiece?

To secure one of our limited-edition timepieces, a reservation deposit is required. This deposit is fully credited toward the final purchase price and guarantees your allocation among only 41 pieces worldwide. Once the collection is sold-out no more reservations will be accepted and the item will no longer be for sale.

Are any purchases final sale?

Yes. All made-to-order and reservation-based timepieces are considered final sale. These creations are individually allocated and crafted exclusively for each client.
When will I receive my order?

All collections are scheduled for release in November 2026. You will receive email updates throughout the creation process, including notifications when your white-glove delivery has been arranged and a confirmation once your timepiece is on its way.
Can I modify my order after placing a reservation?

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of our timepieces, modifications cannot be made once a reservation deposit has been received.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free. We offer First Class White Glove Delivery shipping to all our clients.
